What was the highlight of ēRYA by SURIA Hot Spring Bentong
Quick getaway if you run out of ideas.
The Room offered with triple or quad sharing with the price are quite reasonable. The Hot Spring are unique attraction but perhaps more seating or gazebo could be better.
When i booked, i saw some commented that lift is not working and some aircond turned off its own. Ironically the same experience to me. Lucky they able to locate 1 Ground Floor room since i got elder travelling with me and the other of us need to climb the stairs which max only 3rd and 4th floor. For the aircond hope they fix it but not gonna be that hot in this area. They should have proper cafe or restaurant that opened till late or whole day at least people can chill and have drink since the nearest town is Bentong and the road gonna be dark at night with all the spooky tales hahaa.

Service ok but location too far inside with bad road condition and hotel don’t sell dinner
Room is clean with basic furniture. Staff is helpful
Surprisingly the cafe did not sell food for staying guest. This location is far from the nearest town and the cafe @ restaurant is closed for dinner. They advise Only cater for group booking ! Come on, do u expect we bring food from home or cook inside the room ? It’s very disappointing. the road to this place not only bad condition but very dark too at night. How inconvenience. Should at least provide ala carte dinner for staying guest to order. They should know the difficulties their guest are facing staying there.

I will make this place a visit for me and my family every year
Overall I am satisfied, good staff, facilities and hotel rooms.
What needs to be improved is security at the pool. The hotel needs to monitor the games at the pool so that all room tenants feel safe... what happened to me was a hotel resident who brought a hard ball and played in a rough way, causing the ball to hit the visitors...

As a Muslim we wake up a early as 5.30am for prayer and if breakfast can start at 7am, it's better
value for money
